We are committed to delivering your medical equipment quickly and securely, and we provide free shipping as a standard service for all customers.

Coverage
We deliver to U.S. addresses only. Some products may have state delivery restrictions based on local licensing or regulatory requirements. If such a restriction applies to your order, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options or a refund.

Processing & Delivery
Processing time depends on product type, physician documentation, and insurance.
Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days.
Expedited shipping available on request.

Coordination
We ship via trusted carriers chosen by product, destination, and availability.
Tracking details are provided after shipment.

Signature & Confirmation
Some shipments require a signature.
If unavailable, carriers may leave rescheduling instructions.

Responsibility
Our liability ends once the carrier marks the order “Delivered.”
Report damaged items within 48 hours for resolution.

Address Accuracy
Provide complete and accurate shipping details.
Orders returned for incorrect addresses will be reshipped at no extra charge if the ongoing need for the item is confirmed prior to reshipment.


Return Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, we make the process straightforward and transparent.

Return Window
Eligible items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance.
Contact our Customer Care Team by phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Obtain Your Return Label – Once your return is approved, we will email or mail you a prepaid shipping label (unless otherwise specified).
Package the Item – Place the product in its original packaging (if available), include all accessories and manuals, and seal securely.
Ship the Item – Drop the package with the carrier listed on your return label.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be applied if the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
All original components, manuals, and packaging must be included.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if opened or used. Eligibility will be confirmed when you contact us.

Refund Process
If your order was billed to insurance, any refund will be sent to your insurance company after we inspect and approve the returned item.
If you paid part of the cost (deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay) and we find you overpaid, we will refund that amount directly to you.
Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of approval.

Additional Notes
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refund if lost after delivery.
